Skinny Snacks

I've had people ask what I snack on when I get hungry between meals, so I thought I'd do a few posts over the next week of my go-to snacks.

1- hardboiled eggs, all day everyday. Well, not really but I do eat them a lot! I'll usually have one in the morning with my coffee and then sometimes in the afternoon if my tummy growls, I'll have one with a tall glass of water to fill me up.

2-Peanut butter. You have to be careful with this one, because the calorie count is so high. But, I find that one spoonful from time to time does the trick for me.

3- Oatmeal. Quick, yummy, filling, low cal.

4- My new friend the LARABAR. Made from REAL fruit and nuts, no weird chemical stuff in there. Totally delicious.
