Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal


Here I am sneaking bananas into my meals again ;)

Today's Breakfast:
Whole grain oatmeal
a drizzle of maple syrup
a dash of brown sugar
sliced up banana

wahlah! I find this super filling, let alone the health benefits of whole grain oats! (read about them HERE)
