Berry & Spinach Smoothie (trust me, it's good)


Okay, confession time. I had cheese pizza last night... I don't regret it, but I am making up for it today. So, instead of Saturday's cleanse day, this week it's Wednesday cleanse day. And we start, of course, with a smoothie!

1 cup Almond milk
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
2 Tablespoons flax seed
a drizzle of honey or agave
(look how pretty all the ingredients are in my 1st picture)

Blend, and enjoy. It is by far my favorite smoothie yet. It's not overbearing in flavor and makes you feel good!
