brussel sprouts, halved, rough bottoms removed
Heat pan with drizzle of olive oil, add kale and a dash of black pepper
let warm on medium heat for a moment
add the rest of your veggies
warm on medium heat, pour egg over mixture.
Use spoon to move veggies around until egg is cooked.
remove from heat and enjoy!
