Baked Brie and Tomato Toast

1 baguette
1 wedge brie cheese
1 ripe tomato
3 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper

Preheat oven to 375
Slice the baguette, lay slices on an un-greased baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the bread. Slice tomato, thin, top oiled bread with tomato. Cut brie into long, thin slices, lay over tomato. lightly pepper cheese. Place in oven for approx 5-7 min, or until cheese is melted.
